Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our product, let us know within 60 days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund. Please go to our customer support section and submit a refund request.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our customer support section.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product, please use the customer support section to make a request for an exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a deposit for the value of the product if you are unsatisfied. Please reach out to us through the customer support section.
